Anthem
On over 4,750 acres at the foothills of Henderson, Anthem is a quiet upscale community promoting comfort and accessibility to its residents. Anthem features several distinct neighborhoods including Anthem Country Club, Anthem Coventry, Anthem Highlands, Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem. Located just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Anthem is conveniently located to Henderson and Green Valley's restaurants, shopping, medical care, freeways, and some of Clark County's finest education.  Anthem Country Club is an elite community of 1,700 upper-end production homes and custom homes. The guard-gated community is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin-designed par-72, 7267-yard championship golf course. This new community offers five collections of homes, ranging from 1,580 to 3,483 square feet. Upon completion, the 400-acre community will comprise about 1,500 single- and two-story homes. Sun City Anthem, is one of the Las Vegas valley's best-known retirement communities. About 6,300 homes are planned for the community, which caters to active seniors. The 77,000-square-foot Anthem Center offers a variety of social and recreational activities. Sun City Anthem is home to The Revere at Anthem, two 18-hole courses sculpted within the natural canyons of the McCullough Mountains.  Solera at Anthem is another Pulte/Del Webb senior community. Homes are smaller, single-story designs ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet. There is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to The Revere at Anthem as well as other local courses. Canyon Gate  Canyon Gate is a luxury 24-hour gated, private community located in northwest Las Vegas, about 15 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip. Developed on 320 acres of land, Canyon Gate has just over 500 semi-custom and custom homes. Many of the homes offer golf course views or waterscape settings.
